We would like to extend a warm welcome to Pocono Mountain Arts Council members! In April, the Board of Directors of Pocono Mountain Arts Council (PMAC) and Pocono Arts Council came to an agreement to merge the two nonprofit organizations effective July 1, 2022.
The members of Pocono Mountain Arts Council are artists and patrons of the arts who joined together in 2003 to provide opportunities to learn and exhibit their work. They serve the Pocono region by promoting the arts, staging gallery exhibits, and supporting art education.

It’s an honor to have the opportunity to support our new members from PMAC and increase the reach of Pocono Arts Council community. We are delighted to continue Member Workshops and the Holiday Fine Arts & Crafts Festival – both of which are now held at The Mountain Center in Tobyhanna.
In addition to new members, we also welcome Jay and Mary Ann Paulukonis to our Board of Directors. In addition to their artisan glass work, Jay and Mary Ann were the Treasurer and President of PMAC. Their experience and talent will be a valuable addition to our incredible Board of Directors.
We’re eager to share old traditions and build new ones together. Founded in 1975, Pocono Arts Council’s vision is to ensure the arts remain a vibrant cornerstone of community life throughout the Pocono region. We look forward to PMAC joining us in our mission to foster and support the arts through connection, education, and advocacy!

We create custom stained glass windows, mirrors, lamps, light vessels, and art panels. We also fuse and slump glass to create objects both functional and beautiful.” – Jay & Mary Ann Paulukonis
