Strategic Plan 2022-2025

Pocono Arts Council Board of Directors, staff, and select community members worked together to create a Strategic Plan with the following goals. (This is the short and sweet version.)

Goal 1: Financial Sustainability
Goal 2: Programming / Partnerships
Goal 3: Build a Team of Staff, Board Members, Committees, and Volunteers
Goal 4: Marketing and Promotion
Goal 5: Foster an Inclusive and Equitable Arts Community

Getting There

Over the next few years, Pocono Arts Council board, staff, members, community partners, and stakeholders will work to accomplish the goals laid out in the strategic plan. We are excited to communicate the importance of arts and culture in our communities, advocate for more resources, provide connections to arts programming, and innovate to ensure the sustainability of the organization.
