Suzanne Anderson Art & Music Awards 2024: Applications Open

Pocono Arts Council is proud to offer two (2) $500 scholarship awards for graduating seniors in music and visual arts who plan to continue their creative education at the college level. The scholarships are available thanks to a generous bequest by long-time local art supporter Suzanne Anderson.

The deadline to apply is April 15, 2024. Award recipients will be announced May 19, 2024.

To be considered for a scholarship, the applicant must:
  1. Be a high school senior in Monroe County (or in Pike County at East Stroudsburg North).
  2. Be active in their high school or community art and/or music programs.
  3. Have plans to continue with an art/music school or program after high-school graduation.
  4. Demonstrate quality and integrity in your art and/or musicianship.
  5. Be involved in the community – especially in art and/or music.
