Heavy Metal: New Works in Aluminum and Ink

For over 20 years, Thomas Ando has been creating images and photographs for clients such as: Amertac, A&P, Becton Dickinson, Food Emporium, Kmart, Panasonic, Pfizer, Stryker, Sony, Titan Tool, Volvo, and Westek Lighting.

Recently his personal project, Lost in America, which includes landscapes of the Mojave Desert, photographs of Route 66 and the American landscape has received critical acclaim.

The project has taken him through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and much of Southern California.

The 11×14 images in this exhibition are archival pigment colors printed on specially coated sheets of Aluminum.
