3-Day Oil Painting Workshop with Tricia Lowrey Lippert

This workshop will focus on teaching the student about composition, design, drawing, color mixing, values, handling of brushes and tools, creating a story, and so much more.
I have been painting in oils for 50 years and would like to show you some of the techniques I have learned. Oil paint is a versatile medium. It can be manipulated in many ways.
Because of its slow drying time, there are certain techniques which can be achieved in oils that are not as easily rendered in other mediums.
Through demonstrations and individually working with each student, my aim is to inspire you to overcome your fear of the blank canvas and embrace the joy of painting.

November 10-12, 2022 / 10am – 3pm each day
Lunch break from 12-1pm
Class Size:
4-8 students per session
Tuition:
