Want to do yoga, but too scared to try?
This class is appropriate for all including those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported, and relaxing practice.
The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches. It is also a perfect complement to those who currently have a higher intensity fitness routine. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be demonstrated.
Please dress in loose clothing, bring a mat and some kind of strap or scarf.
