Milford Craft Show’s ‘Gift Show’
Barbara and Amy Eisenberg, proprietors of the Milford Craft Show store are seeking local artisans, craftspeople and designers to feature in their first ever ‘Gift Show’, located in the Upstairs Gallery at 120 E Harford Street in Milford, PA.
The ‘Gift Show’ will open on Saturday November 11th as part of Milford After Dark with a wine and sweets reception, meet and greet with the artists. This special gallery show will be a wonderful opportunity for Milford shoppers to purchase local works of art for those on their holiday gift list.
Affordable and original framed works, pottery, sculpture and fiber pieces will be available and the show will run through Christmas, with new works added for the store’s Holiday Open House on December 9th. “We love giving local gifts to our loved ones on Christmas and want to make it easier for our guests to do the same,” comments Barbara, who opened her store nearly 25 years ago and has represented more than 1000 crafters through the years.
No previous exhibition or selling experience is necessary and artists of all ages are invited to participate – school children are especially encouraged. Criteria for work to be exhibited during the ‘Gift Show’ is simple: all work must be handmade by the exhibiting artist (no resellers) and all pieces will be priced $50 or less.
